- With the turtle speed Streamyx and stupid fixed line charges, I was surprised TM just got the 10th spot.

8. Social Welfare Department
- Never deal with them. No comment

7. State Education Department
- Never deal with them. No comment

- They like to lock your car wheels, aren't they?

- Korek here, korek there, forgot to fix the mess until accident happen.

4. Immigration
- Frankly speaking, personally I think Immigration has improved the most in recent years. One thing is they "FORGOT" to smile at Immigration gate most of the time and some of them can't even speak good English. Shame shame.

3. Jabatan Pendaftaran Negara (JPN)
- The damn low quality MyKad they gave me was unable to read after few years. Charged me RM$10 to change the damn card.

2. Hospital
- With free or cheaper fees, what can we complaint with the long queue? Quality? Hmm...

- Yes!!! Who else more deserved the 1st place than our beloved kopi kaki??? Pay De Robber Malaysia (aka PDRM) is the only government licensed robbers in the country.
